Mintrons

To provide the workforce of tomorrow with a modern and exciting approach to STEM, a WKO roadshow for students has been developed. This roadshow is traveling to schools throughout Austria for 11 to 12-year-olds. It offers an interactive stage show and hands-on stations with exciting experiments to try out.

For this purpose, characters have been developed for each subject of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. These characters are meant to represent the subject while also breaking gender norms by encouraging girls to get involved in technology. The modern character design, featuring robots, is intended to look towards the future while also incorporating references to the youthful age of the target audience. This is meant to make them feel included and provide an easy entry point to the roadshow.
