New Work Environment

Astellas Germany was in need of spatial change. With it came a new way of working. An activity-based work environment was created with a wide range of opportunities for collaboration and project work, but also enough zones for retreat and relaxation.
We accompanied them in their journey with a comprehensive communication concept. In addition to extensive illustrations and animations, a booklet was created, bringing the new working environment closer to the employees.
